Creating and Modifying Search Template –
Do you find yourself frequently searching for the same type of information, if so, once you build your search template, Save it for future use.
Introduction:
This function allows you to create a template to store your search criteria. You can also modify the template that you have created.

• Cash flow/Reports/Search/Search
• Financial/Reports/Search/Search
• Logistics/Reports/Search
• Assets/Reports/Assets/Search
• Customers/Report/Accounts/Search
• HRM/Report/Resources/Search
• Project/Reports/Search
• Workflow/Reports/Requests/Search
• Documents/Reports/Documents/Search
Roles & rights:
All users can create and modify templates.
Button:
SAVE
Click this to save the template according to the different levels.
Description:


Click this to hide the template.

Click this to showthe template.
LIST BOX
Select one of the following to display the available template(s) according to the levels:
• Private - This can only be viewed by the user.
• Public: All - This can be viewed by everyone.
• Public: Group - This can be viewed by resources in the same group as the user.
• Public: Division - This can be viewed by resources in the same division as the user.
• Public: Cost center - This can be viewed by resources in the same cost center as the user.
• Campaign - This displays search templates that list contacts that are used in marketing campaigns.
The Title box is displayed after saving the template.

NEW
Type a name for the template that you want to save.
EXISTING
Select this if you want to overwrite a defined template.
PRIVATE/PUBLIC/CAMPAIGN
Select the relevant options to save the template as private, public or for campaign purposes.
OK
Click this to save the template.
CANCEL
Click this to exit without saving the template.
You will see the screen as below after saving the template:

RESET
Click this to define a new template.
SAVE
Click this to save changes to the template. You can add or remove criteria from the current template by clicking the customized icon at the title bar.
You will see the following icons after clicking Reset.

Click this to view the search results according to the template.

Click this to delete the template.
Warning: Clicking this will delete the corresponding template without further confirmation.
Click the title of the template to view the defined criteria.
